External Memory (miniSD card)
RD-6230 has inbuilt Hot swappable slot for miniSD memory
card. Without
switching off the phone user can change memory card. This

various size of miniSD Card. Upto 512 MB is recommended. You
can copy or
save video and photos to external memory.
Camcorder
Select External memory storage and you can save upto 60
minutes video
recording with voice (depend on available memory in miniSD
card).
SMS on Call Reject
Send an instant message to caller, if you are unable to
attend the call or don’t
want to receive the call. Press Soft Key 2 during the call
to reject the call and
sending a SMS to caller. This message can be edited in
Setting > Call menu.
D-Day Counter
Calculate days through D-Day counter. Just enter the
important date and the
phone will show that how many days passed or left since set
date. 5 items can be
stored and 1 can be displayed on the idle screen.
Animated Ring tones (PMD)
RD-6230 has 5 built-in Animated Ringtones. This shows
wonderful animation with
ring on the incoming call.
Reserved Call
This feature allows you to create calls with dialing Date
and Time. You can also
assign the Ringtone type and can write a memo with each
entry. Phone will alert
you on the set time to make the call. Upto 5 entries may be
stored.
Signature
There is a signature facility in your RD-6230 mobile phone
for messages.
Signature of upto 15 characters can be edited.
Advance Messaging
Use SMS (160 Characters), LMS (462 Characters), MMS (1000
Characters + 1

Message Locking facility

BREW Technology
BREW (Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless) is a solution

Qualcomm for downloading small applications and content to

Found almost exclusively in CDMA phones. RD 6230 is powered
by BREW.
1234 Services
Exciting SMS-based information services such as News, Jokes,
Horoscope etc
are available to Reliance subscribers. Using the SMS 1234
services, the user will
be able to access interesting information on common subjects
through SMS. User
need to send Keywords in specified format to 1234 to access
these services. User
may select from 11 options (1. News, 2. Cricket, 3. Joke of
the Day, 4. Thought of

In Call Memo
It allows you to note a phone number that the other person
provides you during a
call. The number will be stored in the call history with
Date, Time and Caller’s
